We work with the World Wildlife Fund and Monterey Bay Aquarium to protect our seafood supply and ocean ecosystems for future generations. As a company, Sodexo is a member of the world's first food industry led initiative aimed at advancing animal welfare globally called the Global Coalition for Animal Welfare. We also have a supplier code of conduct with our suppliers who pledged to conduct business with the highest level of ethical, social, and environmental practices. Although these are some of the sourcing initiatives we accomplished, we can always do more! We look forward to sharing our initiatives and move towards a better tomorrow.

We have been trayless in dining to reduce the amount of waste, water and detergents used, and save energy. Every day, we save hundreds of gallons of water from being trayless!

Our napkins are made of 100% recycled paper and our napkin dispensers encourages guests to take less napkins- meaning less waste!
